TAX - for all orders delivered within the UK 20% VAT is included. All countries outside the UK are VAT free but may have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches it's destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. For further details please contact your local customs authority.

Delivery times - we ship to the UK and internationally by Royal Mail. We do not use a tracking service as this would increase postage costs immensely. Delivery times can vary depending on which country you are in. As a guideline please allow 2-3 working days in the UK, 5-10 working days for the rest of Europe and 10-20 working days for Asia, Australia and Americas.

Large orders - we ship international parcels by Royal Mail up to a weight of 2kg as over this weight incurs excessive postal costs. Consequently large heavy orders will be sent out in multiple parcels. European and International orders over £200 - email us for possible improved delivery options/charges.
