Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card and debit card payment and PayPal. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All countries outside the EU may have additional customs clearance charges. Any customs or import duties are levied once the package reaches it's destination country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We regret that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Delivery Schedule We process your order right away. Order before 4pm and as long as the item is in stock, we will endeavour to ship your order on the same day.
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday from 09:00 - 16.00 GMT, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday, a Bank Holiday or after 16:00 GMT will be processed on the next working day (Monday to Friday).
In an effort to keep costs down our delivery service does not include tracking.
We ship to the United Kingdom and the rest of the world by Royal Mail. Delivery time will vary depending on the country you are in. Please allow 2/3 working days in the UK, 5/10 for the rest of Europe and 10/20 for beyond. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the postal system as this is beyond our control. On occasions we have experienced longer delivery timescales due to delays within the receiving country.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

They have been un-opened and unused and are in a re-salable condition. By this we mean that all packaging and or cellophane wrapping and tamper resistant seals must be intact.
We have sent the wrong products in an order (If this is the case we will cover all relevant postage costs).
You wish to return your goods for any reason other than them being faulty or the wrong orders, we will refund the value of the goods on receipt (excluding delivery) or exchange them if requested
