We aim to ship your goods within 3/4 working days if the items are in stock. It may take longer for some international destinations.
In the case of low stock of a certain product, delivery can take longer. If delivery time is likely to be excessive, we will let you know so you can for example choose a replacement product.
We use differing delivery methods mainly depending on weight and cost. At the checkout you can choose which delivery method you require.
In an effort to keep costs down our delivery service does not include tracking.
We ship to the United Kingdom and the rest of the world. Delivery time will vary depending on the country you are in, please allow 2/3 days in the UK and 4/5 days for the rest of Europe and beyond. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Any taxes or duties incurred on shipments to countries other than the UK are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
We cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.
All returns have to be within 30 days of purchase - the seals on the products have to be intact.
Non-delivery of items need to be notified within 30 days of placing your order, we cannot guarantee to replace or refund if the products are lost/mislaid in transit.
If a package is returned to us because of an incomplete or incorrect address we reserve the right to charge for re-packing and posting. It is the customers responsibility to present us with a complete and correct delivery address via PAYPAL.
For very large orders we may have to apply a surcharge to cover the cost of postage,we will contact you to advice.
